Summer days in Columbia

We went up to visit Tripp's family up in Columbia about a month ago. As always we had a blast; we swam, ate good food and visited with family we don't see often enough! And as usual, it ended all too soon!

A lot of Tripp's family live right on Bulls Bay, the kids LOVE to go swimming in the bay and especially have jumping contests off the pier. I think he called this "the superman"

Couple more new "Lyla words"....

Just a few more words Lyla has learned to say (before I forget to write them down):
dog
kiss ("isss")
book
grandaddy ("da-dada")
nurse ("nana")
cheese (either when you put a camera in her face or she wants cheese to eat. She says "cheese", then gives this cute squinty smile, here is a pic of her "cheese smile", at night in the dark, so it's kinda a crappy picture


She can also do an almost perfect somersault and now blows kisses to everyone she sees :)
