Azalea Festival

Waiting for the "princess parade" at the Azalea Festival, Ella named it that because the Azalea Belles wear old fashioned poofy dresses (think Gone With the Wind) and ride on floats, and apparently in her 4 year old girl mind, they resemble princesses.

Lyla and some baby "friends"

Thank goodness for an itouch...we waited for 45 min for the parade to start and then the parade lasted almost 2 hours; the boys were bored to tears! Though I was super glad to drag them to something that was fun and special for the girls (since the girls happily live at baseball fields, basketball gyms and football fields!)

Cute thing

Posing as usual ;)

Those eyes :)

"noooo, MY water and MY Dora"

Ella's Tiny Team did a little performance at the festival. Stretching it out.

Tuck jump!

Handstands (only I captured her on the way down)

Her bridge

Watching the cheerleaders afterwards

Lyla and Grandaddy checking out the boats on the river

The boys eating funnel cakes

Best part of a festival downtown! Jax was licking the powdered sugar off the plate

Ella and her new HUGE pink pony; not sure why she NEEDED that, but she can talk her daddy into a lot ;)

Cade...looking way too old :/

<3 this

"people watching"....there were lots of *interesting* people down there

Jax pouting over something, he was kind of a grump that day...

Worn out after a long day!

Another "old looking" pic of Cade....when did this happen!?

There were live bands playing and Lyla was rocking out like crazy!

Dancing like a maniac with Grandaddy (she reminds me of Claire :)

It sure was a fun day!!

Minnesota trip (part 1)

In March the girls and I went to MN to visit Kristin and meet Sadie Sadie pretty lady for the first time! We had such a great time, the next few posts are pictures from our trip!

So many parks, so little time...

Tessa was always such a big helper with Lyla!

Lyla was in heaven, she LOVES rocks, and every single park there has millions of tiny rocks!

Max was laying on his head and digging with both hands in the rocks, it was so funny!
