I know we have a recipe blog, but I don't have it set up on my blogpress app quite yet, but I just made some really good hot chocolate for the kids from a recipe I found online (they just got in from playing in the snow...and I'm a horrible mother because I was inside with a fussy baby and didn't get out to take any pictures; hopefully they will go back out)
Ingredients
8 teaspoons sugar
4 teaspoons baking cocoa
4 cups milk
1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
In a saucepan, combine the first four ingredients. Cook and stir over medium heat until the marshmallows are melted, about 8 minutes. Remove from the heat; stir in vanilla. Ladle into mugs.
I didn't actually use the vanilla because I forgot...but it was still really good
